I’m Dr.Dramani Guissou. the bill and exchange manager at the foreign remittance department of (ADB)African Development Bank Burkina Faso.

l discovered the sum of Twenty Two Million  Five hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD22.5M) belonging to our deceased customer embattled president of Libya Mr. Gaddafi 

The fund has been lying in a suspence account without anybody coming to put claim over the money I want to present you to our bank as the BUSINESS ASSOCIATE  to the decease to claim the funds. I will give you details if you are interested.
