Amazingly, that’s a legitimate subject line lol.I can’t even remember how I found this free book
…I think it was from a post on Facebook or something.Anyway – you gotta get it. It’s free and you can get
it here. The book is called “My First 40 Years In Junk Mail”
and it’s by a LEGENDARY copywriter named
Richard Armstrong. In it, he walks you through all kind of campaigns
he created over the past 40 years …totalling more
in sales than all of us Internet Knuckleheads (TM)
put together.Oh – and this is stuff from the REAL WORLD. He
even shows you a sales letter he did for a politician
(when he was still a kid!) that brought in a fortune.I’m telling you man, this is awesome.
And by the way – I DON’T EVEN KNOW THIS GUY.
Seriously. He’s not paying me to tell you about this,
we’re not buddies who are trying to help each other out,
or anything like that.As far as I can tell, he doesn’t even sell anything.
I just got this book last month, waited to make sure I
didn’t get hassled by email (I didn’t) and then decided
I’d share it with you once Richard passed the “solid dude test”.So far, I haven’t received a single follow up email
from him lol.AND THAT’S DISAPPOINTING!
After reading the book, I want MORE!
Oh well. He’s probably too busy, rich, or both.
Anyway – get this. You’ll love it. Damn thing kept me up
all night.Oh, and about the God reference in the subject line.
He also wrote a book called “God Doesn’t Shoot Craps”
that’s on Amazon.Fiction.
It’s about a shady mail-order guy who sells a fake gambling system
…only to discover the damn thing actually works!Hilarity ensues.
Look it up if you’re looking for solid entertainment.
Talk soon,
FrankP.S. I apologize for not having the decency to try to sell you
anything in the past few months.I blame my clients.
I also blame the rap music. (Seems like a good “catch all”
for blame about damn near anything).Anyway – two things on the horizon:
1. A 3-day live workshop at the end of March with Dean Jackson.
2. A three day live workshop in the spring with just me, where I teach how
to build a 7-figure consulting business. (Mine’s up to $2.3MM part-time.)If you’re interested in the thing with Dean and I, email Jeryl (just reply)
and she’ll let me know.Maybe put “THING WITH DEAN” in the subject.
If you’re interested in the consulting bootcamp, sit tight. I’ll tell you more
about that later.P.P.S. I also have room for ONE more consulting client. If you’ve got
an existing business that’s doing well and you’d like to have me personally
help you make it better, reply to this and ask Jeryl for details.Maybe say “CONSULTING CLIENT DETAILS” or something.
Poor woman. Worked for me for 10 years so far and still sane.
She has no clue I’m sending you this lol. That’ll teach her!
OK that’s it. I’ll talk to you later
